The wind pressure coefficient of the mixed flow fan is higher than that of the axial flow fan, and the flow coefficient is larger than that of the centrifugal fan. It fills the gap between axial fan and centrifugal fan. At the same time, it has the characteristics of simple and convenient installation.

The mixed flow fan combines the characteristics of axial-flow fan and centrifugal fan, and looks more like the traditional axial-flow fan. The enclosure may have an open inlet, but more often it has a right angled bending shape so that the motor can be placed outside the pipe. The discharge shell expands slowly to slow down the flow of air or gas and to convert kinetic energy into useful static pressure.

Swf series low-noise energy-saving mixed flow fan is a new type of fan between axial-flow fan and centrifugal fan. It has the characteristics of high pressure of centrifugal fan, large flow of axial-flow fan, high efficiency, good energy saving, low noise and easy installation. 3. Structural characteristics


The fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, inlet current collector, guide vane, motor and other components. The impeller is welded on the hub with twisted plate with meridian acceleration characteristics. Through dynamic balance check and overspeed test, it has good aerodynamic performance. The shell is round and connected with the air collector with silencing function as a whole. The outlet is equipped with deflector, which has good airflow distribution and stable pressure.

Hl3-2a SWF series mixed flow fans are widely used in tunnels, underground garages, high-grade civil buildings, metallurgy, factories and mines and other places for ventilation and high-temperature fire smoke extraction. 5. Performance selection

The selection shall be based on the performance table, and the total pressure value of the fan qualified product under the rated flow rate shall not exceed ± 5%. The performance selection table is the performance under the standard state, atmospheric pressure 101325pa, t = 20, relative temperature ψ = 50% air state under the standard state, and the fan installation mode can be divided into vertical or horizontal.
