Product Description
HTFC (DT) series cabinet centrifugal fan is a high efficiency, low noise box centrifugal fan. The product consists of low-noise forward-inclined multi-blade centrifugal fan, motor bearing, transmission parts, and muffler-type box. According to the installation position, 12 different angles of inlet and outlet are provided to meet the needs of different installation environments. According to the different requirements of fire protection and ventilation, it can be divided into two types: A type and B type. The A type motor is installed outside the box for fire fighting and smoke exhausting. It can run continuously for more than 60 minutes under the high temperature condition of 300 °C. B type motor is installed in the cabinet for ventilation.
HTFC type cabinet centrifugal fan has been continuously improved and developed, and can be divided into four types: I, II, III and IV. Type I and III are single speed type. Type II and IV are two-speed, equipped with two-speed motor to achieve two-speed speed regulation, which can meet the needs of users for performance adjustment in different working conditions. The fan can also be equipped with a variable frequency motor and a variable frequency controller to achieve variable frequency speed regulation. It is recommended to adjust the frequency to 25HZ~50HZ.
In order to meet the needs of explosion-proof environment, the fan can be made into an explosion-proof fan, and the explosion-proof grade is EXd II BT4, which is suitable for places with flammable and explosive gases.
In order to meet the requirements of different places, the fan can be equipped with muffler of different lengths, or the fan muffler type box can be thickened to reduce fan noise.
The fan can be equipped with a primary, medium or high efficiency filter to improve the cleanliness of the air. The actual pressure loss should be considered when configuring the filter, and the length of the wind casing should be appropriately increased.
