1. HTFC(DT) cabinet centrifugal fan is a kind of box centrifugal fan with high efficiency and low noise. The products are composed of
low noise forward centrifugal fan, motor, bearing, transmission parts, muffler box and so on. According TO THE different installation posit
ions, 12 different angles of inlet and outlet positions are provided to meet the different installation ring burning needs of users. According
to the requirements of fire fighting and ventilation, it can be divided into two types: type A and type B. Type A motor is installed outside the
box for fire fighting and smoke exhausting. The type A motor has been tested by the national fire equipment supervision and quality inspe

ntinuously for more than 30 minutes under the temperature of 300ºC . Type B motor is installed in the box for ventilation.
2. The fan is divided into 12 kinds of specifications according to the diameter of 9"~36". The series of wind helmets are
1650~85000m3 /h, and the full pressure is 180~1000Pa. After continuous improvement and development, the HTFC cabinet centrifugal fan
can be divided into four types: I, II, Ill and IV. Among them, type 1 and Ill are single speed, type II and IV are double speed, equipped with
a double speed motor to realize two-speed speed regulation, which can meet the needs of users for performance regulation at different
working conditions. The fan can also be equipped with frequency conversion motor and frequency conversion controller to realize steple
ss speed regulation. It is recommended to lock the adjustment frequency between 25Hz~50Hz.
3. In order to meet the needs of explosion-proof environment, the fan can be made into explosion-proof fan. The coal proof grade is
EXdllBT4, which is suitable for places with inflammable and explosive gases.
4. In order to meet the requirements of noise in different places, the fan can be equipped with mufflers of different lengths, and the
fan muffler box can also be thickened to reduce the noise of the fan.
5. The fan can be equipped with primary effect, medium effect or separation effect filters to remove the cleanliness of the air. The
actual pressure loss should be considered when the filters are configured.The length of the fan box should be increased appropriately.
