Product Description
4-72 centrifugal fan is a kind of high-efficiency and energy-saving centrifugal fan. Its airfoil blade, curved impeller front plate and
conical arc type inlet collector make the fan have excellent aerodynamic performance. It has been used for many years in China's econom
ic construction.
In the 4-72 fans, № 2.8 ~ 6A fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet and motor. The № 8-10c and D fans also have dri
ve sets, pulleys or couplings.
The rotation direction of 4-72 type fan can be divided into right rotation and left rotation. From the front view of the motor end, the im
peller rotates clockwise. It is called right rotation fan and is represented by "right". Rotating anticlockwise is called left rotating fan, which is
indicated by "left". The rotation direction of the fan shall be indicated in the order.
The outlet position of 4-72 fan is indicated by the outlet angle of the casing. № 2.8 ~ 6A are all made into one type when they leave
the factory. The user can install them according to the required air outlet position. It is not necessary to indicate when ordering. The adjust
ment range of № 2.8 air outlet position is 0 ° ~ 225 ° , with an interval of 45 ° ; the adjustment range of № 3.2-6a air outlet position is 0
° ~ 225 ° , with an interval of 22.5 ° . The outlet position of № L8 ~ 12 is 0 ° ~ 225 ° , with an interval of 45 ° , which shall be indicat
ed when ordering. No. 16-20 the air outlet position has three fixed angles of 0 ° , 90 ° and 180 ° , which cannot be adjusted during ins
tallation, and shall be noted when ordering.
Type 4-72 fan has four driving modes: A, B, C and D. type A is the direct drive between impeller and motor, type B is the belt drive,
the belt pulley is in the middle of two bearings, type C is the belt drive, the belt pulley is cantilevered outside the bearing, and type D is the
drive between impeller and motor through coupling. Type a transmission is adopted for № 2.8 ~ 5, type A, C and D transmission are adop
ted for № 6, and type C and D transmission are adopted for № 8 ~ 12.
F4-72 fan is a derivative series of 4-72 fan, which is a corrosion-resistant fan. It is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic material,
and all metal parts are covered with anti-corrosion coating, which can effectively prevent all parts of the fan from being eroded.
B4-72 fan is also a derivative series of 4-72 fan and is a special fan for explosion-proof occasions. Equipped with explosion-proof
motor, key parts are covered with anti-static surface or made of non-ferrous metal, which can effectively prevent the generation of friction
static electricity and the leakage of electric sparks of electrical components.
The performance, selected parts and foundation dimensions of f4-72 fan are the same as those of 4-72 fan. The performance, sele
cted parts and foundation dimensions of b4-72 fan are the same as those of 4-72 fan, and the structure is basically the same. B35 type
motor with flange and foot is adopted for № 2.8 ~ 6a, and Yb series 3 motor corresponding to Y Series is adopted for № 6 ~ 12C and D.
Note: The equipped motor is three-phase.
